I am Co-Head of Newmark UK’s Planning & Development team and a member of the Operations Board. Prior to this, I was a founding partner of Moseley & Webb. I advise leading UK and international owners, developers, investors and occupiers.
Currently, I am the Chair of the London Property Alliance Camden Working Group and Knowledge Quarter Liaison Group.
I have extensive experience in complex, high-profile commercial, retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use developments across London.

Key projects
- British Library and the Knowledge Quarter – I advise Stanhope and Mitsui on the extension to the British Library and a major new commercial building in the heart of the Knowledge Quarter. This is one of a series of major developments I am working on in the Knowledge Quarter which also include the redevelopment of a major life sciences HQ at Belgrove House opposite King’s Cross Station and the reimagining of Euston Tower for British Land.
- Victoria Portfolio – The transformation of Victoria has created in the region of 400,000 sq.m. of commercial office and retail space and over 500 residential units as well as significant new public realm and substantial transport benefits. Victoria is one of various major developments I have advised on in the City of Westminster.
- 8 Bishopsgate – I advised Mitsubishi Estates on their 50 storey, 50,000 sq.m. office tower at the junction of 8 Bishopsgate in the City of London’s tall building’s cluster.
