Leo is an Associate in Newmark UK’s Leisure team, specialising in valuation and agency services across a diverse portfolio of historically and regionally significant leisure properties. His experience includes high-profile disposals in Wales, off-market pub sales, and valuations of international holiday assets.
He has worked on a wide range of leisure destinations, from caravan parks and hotels to visitor attractions and heritage sites. Notable projects include the marketing of Cwmcarn Forest Drive and work on Llancaiach Fawr Manor, a 16th-century manor house in Caerphilly. In addition to his professional role, Leo serves as Branch Secretary for the British Holiday and Home Park Association South East Wales Branch, where he supports member engagement through events, presentations, and industry networking.
