I am a leader in the Planning and Development team at Newmark with a wealth of experience working in the private planning consultancy sector. My key strengths are coordinating and managing large-scale mixed-use and residential-led developments and masterplan projects across London. I also work on a range of commercial developments incorporating life-science accommodation, co-working spaces and hotel developments.
With a focus on Greater London, I’ve established strong relationships and connections with senior officers in many London boroughs, including Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Croydon. My commercially-minded approach to planning strategies and advice helps maximise client objectives and minimise planning risk at all stages of the process.
Key Projects
- BBC Television Centre, White City – I advised on Stanhope’s redevelopment of TVC, involving over 900 residential units and over 200,000sqm of floorspace.
- Taberner House, Croydon – I advised on HUB’s development of the former Taberner House site in central Croydon for over 500 new apartments, delivered in four towers on the site, which also included commercial uses.
- Olympia, London – I am advising on Olympus Property Holding’s redevelopment and regeneration of the Olympia Exhibition Centre, to provide over 200,000 sqm of floorspace for arts and exhibition, office, hotel, retail, food and beverage, cinema, co-working, theatre and live music uses.
- Little Houses Group, London – I advise Little Houses Group on their portfolio of nursery, recreation, workspace and restaurant venues.
