Justin is an Associate in the Newmark Planning and Development team. He joined Newmark in 2013 and since then has built extensive experience giving client-facing, strategic planning advice to realise the development potential of assets, from appraisal phase, through the planning application and construction stages.
He works with a range of clients including landowners, developers, institutions, and occupiers, to deliver complex developments across a range of uses, primarily in Central London.

Recent projects
- Olympia Exhibition Centre, West London – Strategic planning advice for Yoo Capital on the restoration and further development of the historic exhibition centre site. A revitalised Olympia will provide an internationally-renowned arts and cultural hub, centred on the revitalised exhibition halls, alongside an array of new spaces including a theatre, music venue, two hotels, retail and restaurant spaces, plus a commercial office tower and the ‘Skydeck’, a an elevated public space at the heart of the site.
- Marble Arch Tower and Lyons Place – Ongoing planning advice for Almacantar on the delivery of a residential tower and office-led mixed-use scheme at Marble Arch, alongside one of the only off-site affordable housing developments to be delivered in parallel in Westminster, which provides a mix of market and affordable housing at Lyons Place (Edgware Road).
- The Portman Estate, Marylebone – Continuing planning advice on a variety of developments within the Estate’s portfolio in Marylebone. This includes the redevelopment of the site at 1 Great Cumberland Place, delivering flexible retail and commercial space meeting modern demands whilst retaining the original façade within the sensitive setting bordering Hyde Park.
