John is Managing Partner and Head of UK Capital Markets at Newmark UK. Drawing on over 20 years’ experience in the sector, he specialises in real estate capital markets, delivering often complex engagements for a blend of high-quality clients. John leads Newmark UK’s industrial, offices and portfolio sector teams in the UK.
Previously, he was Equity Partner and Head of UK National Investment at Deloitte (Drivers Jonas) and prior to that, he ran the Industrial Investment Portfolio at Land Securities plc (£750m GAV).
