I’m a specialist in the Residential Valuation team where my principal responsibility is providing valuation advice to lenders, land- and homeowners, developers, and institutional investors. This advice is typically in the form of valuations for secured lending, accounts purposes, or acquisition and disposal.
I have extensive valuation experience majoring principally in residential That valuation work has involved a wide range of residential asset typeslarge residential, and small development sites to large regeneration projects.
My valuation experience is largely from a central London base and I have therefore established an extensive knowledge of the Prime Central London residential. I have also benefitted from a background that includes leasehold enfranchisement valuations in central London, providing me with an excellent understanding of valuing short leasehold properties.
My key clients are mainly UK and foreign banks, lenders, and funds seeking valuation advice on residential property and development sites before providing secured lending.
