Jim is a specialist in the Residential Valuation team where his principal responsibility is providing valuation advice to lenders, land- and homeowners, developers, and institutional investors. This advice is typically in the form of valuations for secured lending, accounts purposes, or acquisition and disposal.
He has extensive valuation experience majoring principally in residential valuation work that has involved a wide range of residential asset types, large residential, and small development sites to large regeneration projects.
Jim’s valuation experience is largely from a central London base, and he has therefore established an extensive knowledge of prime Central London residential. He has also benefitted from a background that includes leasehold enfranchisement valuations in central London, providing him with an excellent understanding of valuing short leasehold properties.
His key clients are mainly UK and foreign banks, lenders, and funds seeking valuation advice on residential property and development sites before providing secured lending.
