Jason is a Partner of our national Industrial & Logistics team, based in the Manchester office.With over 20 years of experience in the North West Industrial Agency market, he specialises in advising clients on disposals, acquisitions, marketing strategies, occupational investment, and development opportunities.
Jason has extensive experience supporting occupier acquisitions ranging from 5,000 to 600,000 sq ft, as well as introducing and acquiring development sites for developers from 2 to 300 acres. He also provides strategic marketing advice and campaign planning for both occupiers and developers/investors, alongside market analysis to inform speculative developments. His occupational investment advice helps fund and investor clients assess rental values, marketability, and long-term potential.
His client base includes national and regional developers and funds, and he continues to advise several well-known occupier brands on both acquisitions and disposals.
Recent projects
- Carlsberg – Jason acted on the disposal of a 126,000 sq ft unit in Haydock. The facility was sold within six months of closure, achieving a market-leading price.
- Jaguar Land Rover – He advised on the leasehold acquisition of a 55-acre vehicle storage facility in Stone, navigating a confidential and complex structure to maximise client value. He also supported the acquisition of a 405,000 sq ft unit in Ellesmere Port.
- Peel – Jason provided marketing advice for a 175,000 sq ft speculative development in Speke.
