Jamie is a Partner in Newmark UK’s Lease Exit department, based in the London office. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer. He has wide experience of dilapidations and lease exit matters. Whilst his primary focus is occupier clients and minimising dilapidations liabilities, he has extensive experience acting for landlords so understand their perspective.
For occupiers, Jamie provides strategic advice around lease exit strategy including anticipated dilapidations assessments, dilapidations negotiations and advising on conditional lease breaks. For landlords, he is experienced in preparing and negotiating a schedule of dilapidations on a wide range of properties.
