James is a Partner in the Development team with over two decades of experience. He specialises in the East of England with a particular focus on Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire and Greater London.
James’ core activities include the sale, purchase, assessment and appraisal of residential and mixed-use development land, as well as assembly, strategic development, option / promotion agreements and joint venture developments. His clients range from private landowners, charities and trusts, corporations, public bodies, housebuilders and promoters.
