Ian is a Partner in the Hotels team, focusing on hotel valuations across the UK and Europe. With more than 20 years of sector experience and 10 years in development and transactions, he specialises in portfolio and loan security valuations, bringing specialist expertise in non‑urban hotels, resorts, mixed‑use development and expert‑witness work.
Last year, he advised on assets with an aggregate value exceeding £15 billion. He joins from Avison Young where he was Head of Hotels. Prior to Avison Young, Elliott was Head of Hotels at Knight Frank.
