My experience spans rating lists from 1973 to the present day, covering clients and premises including retail, large retail, offices, serviced offices, industrial, educational, and healthcare. I have dealt with property across London and the South East and currently focus on the Midlands area.
I provide advice across all aspects of rating consultancy covering the Check, Challenge, Appeal process, forecasting, budgeting, reliefs and exemptions, billing and dealing with billing authorities.
