As the Head of the Manchester office, I am responsible for the management and growth of Newmark in the North West. I ensure that our clients are receiving truly market-leading advice in the region. I am a leader in our Planning and Development team and oversee many of our key planning instructions nationally, acting for landowners, developers, investors and occupiers.
I have a track record of delivering planning permissions across different sectors and locations in the UK. Given my national remit, my understanding of national planning guidance and the political issues behind decision-making processes allows me to meet clients’ objectives while working proactively with local planning authorities.

- Bristol - circa 2 million sq/ft of industrial and logistics floorspace
- East Manchester - a 2,150 residential unit garden village scheme in the Green Belt
- Doncaster - a mixed residential (circa 3000 units) and commercial (85 hectares) scheme
