Guy is a Partner in Newmark’s Capital Markets UK team specialising in South East office investment sales and acquisitions.
He worked in the Drivers Jonas/Deloitte Capital Markets team for 15 years and previously at NAI Gooch Webster before joining the team company in 2016.
Guy advises a broad range of clients including private equity, institutions, property companies, syndicates, private investors and banks in the UK.

- Davidson Forbury Square Reading – Guy advises on marketing this asset for Schroders which is a prime high profile multi-let asset in the heart of Reading. He was involved in the purchase in 2012 and the subsequent ongoing sale which involves offers in excess of £60m.
- Hounslow Centre, Hounslow – Guy acted on behalf of Lasalle on the disposal of this multi-let office building. Working with our planning and development colleagues, we successfully secured permitted development rights prior to sale. The building was bought by Addington Capital for £21m.
- Ascot House, Maidenhead – Guy acted on behalf of Goldman Sachs on the disposal of the above property which was let to Acenden Mortgages for a further 4 years. It was bought by Anglesea Capital for £11.8m.
