As a Partner in the National Offices Tenant Representation Team, I help businesses shape and implement their office strategies — from identifying and securing new offices, to negotiating lease terms and overseeing complex relocation projects. Whether it’s a full-scale office move or a lease restructure, my role is to guide clients through every stage of the process with clarity and confidence.
I take pride in working closely with clients to plan and execute their relocation project. This includes everything from early-stage strategy and budgeting, through to detailed lease negotiations and final agreement. My involvement continues beyond the deal, coordinating with legal teams and consultants to ensure a smooth exchange of contracts and a successful project delivery.
In addition to relocations, I regularly advise on lease restructures, break options, lease surrenders, and the marketing and subletting of surplus space.
