As a Partner in the National Offices Tenant Representation Team, Greg helps businesses shape and implement their office strategies — from identifying and securing new offices, to negotiating lease terms and overseeing complex relocation projects. Whether it’s a full-scale office move or a lease restructure, his role is to guide clients through every stage of the process with clarity and confidence.
Greg takes pride in working closely with clients to plan and execute their relocation project. This includes everything from early-stage strategy and budgeting, through to detailed lease negotiations and final agreement. His involvement continues beyond the deal, coordinating with legal teams and consultants to ensure a smooth exchange of contracts and a successful project delivery.
In addition to relocations, Greg regularly advises on lease restructures, break options, lease surrenders, and the marketing and subletting of surplus space.
