Based in our Glasgow Office, I am part of the Business Rates team at Newmark where I specialise in rating and local property tax valuations. My expertise spans a variety of property types across Scotland, with a particular focus on cost-based valuations in specialist industrial, minerals, infrastructure, education and health subjects.
Throughout my career, I have conducted research and negotiations with the Scottish Assessors Association on all rating lists from 1995 onwards. I have also presented cases to the Valuation Tribunal on several occasions.
