Gareth leads the Property and Asset Management Finance team at Newmark in the UK. With a wealth of experience, he specialises in providing clients with accurate, tailored financial information to meet their accounting requirements.
During his career, Gareth has worked with a variety of clients ranging from private individuals through to national pension funds. This has given him the opportunity to be involved with Central London iconic office buildings and prestigious industrial estates through to bespoke logistics parks. Each instruction has required different strategies, and he has provided a wide range of services ranging from basic property management accounts through to full corporate accounting and cash flow modelling.
Gareth works with a range of clients including Harmsworth Pooled Property Unit Trust, Allen & Overy and Capital London Plc.
Recent projects
- Sete (London) Ltd – Gareth prepared the 2020 financial forecast for a portfolio of five offshore SPVs incorporating all project costs, loan facilities and tax liabilities.
- DAR – Gareth provided support and advice on the set up of the service charge for a new Central London group HQ – focussing on a flexible, coworking environment and apportionment of costs.
