Fiona is a London-based Senior Associate in our Planning and Development department, specialising in affordable housing. She has extensive experience in the sector across a range of stakeholders including Local Authorities, Registered Providers, Developers, Greater London Authority and Homes England.
Her role is focused on development and affordable housing consultancy including acquisition and disposal work. She advises an extensive list of developer clients on the delivery of multi tenure housing from site inception, through the planning approval process to disposal. She also has extensive experience advising on Financial Viability Assessments and Section 106 disposals and acquisitions.

Recent Projects
- Affordable Housing Consultancy – advises developers on the delivery of multi-tenure housing from site inception, through the planning approval process to disposal. Her work also includes policy interpretation and advice on appropriate residential strategies for a scheme including negotiations with the Planning team, housing design input and consultation with RPs. Some of her key clients in this area include Lazari and Reselton Properties Limited.
- Financial Viability Assessments (FVA) – acts for a number of developers delivering mixed-use, residential-led developments across London, including Westfield (Westfield London), and Silvertown Homes (Thameside West, Dock Road). Her experience also includes reviews of Financial Viability on behalf of Local Authority clients including the London Borough of Ealing and Lewisham. Recent projects have included a review of a 2,000 unit Build to Rent scheme in Greenford. She also previously acted for the Greater London Authority on the due diligence review for the re-development of Bishopsgate Goodsyard in the LB Tower Hamlets and Hackney.
- Section 106 Disposals – acts on behalf of a number of Developers and landowners on the disposal of Section 106 affordable housing opportunities. The sites are distributed across London with a specific focus in Camden, Islington, Westminster, Southwark and Haringey for clients including The Crown Estate, Lab Tech and Royal London.
