    Fergus is Graduate Surveyor in Newmark’s UK and EMEA Retail practice where he has predominantly been based in the UK Agency team while working towards his APC. He holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading’s Henley Business School in addition to an undergraduate degree in Geography from Newcastle University.
