Erin is a Senior Planning Consultant within the Planning and Development team at Newmark. Erin works with a number of key clients across Central London, providing planning advice on a variety of development schemes including mixed-use, commercial, residential, education and life sciences.
Erin has particular experience advising clients on commercial (Class E) to residential permitted development conversions and is highly knowledgeable in navigating this process.
Her work spans a range of Central London boroughs, with significant expertise in Hammersmith and Fulham. She has played a key role in major, high-profile projects in White City, including the BBC Television Centre and The Gateway Site.
Beyond London, Erin has also provided planning advice to high-net-worth individuals on their assets and estates, providing tailored guidance on matters that are often complex and sensitive.

- The British Library Extension: A joint venture between Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan UK, investing 1.1billion to deliver a c. 100,000 sq ft extension to the existing library and a 600,000 ft2 of new commercial space, including lab enabled floorspace, alongside new Crossrail 2 infrastructure, retail floorspace, public realm and landscaping improvements and a community garden. The scheme received planning permission and listed building consent in July 2024 and is expected to be delivered by 2032.
