I am a leader for the Rates Payment Management team in our West Malling Office and have worked here since 2010.
My background lies in managing financial reporting within the leisure and retail sector. I am an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants studier and have experience in managing sales ledger and treasury functions.
My main responsibility is overseeing new client transitions. I also supervise the rates payment management service, overseeing the delivery of the whole process from initial receipt of bills through to the treasury function of making payments and reporting back to clients.
