With over a decade of experience across the UK and Middle East, he has a strong track record in valuing designer outlets, shopping centres, retail parks, leisure parks, supermarkets, and high-street retail.
As an RICS Registered Valuer, Eddy provides Red Book valuations primarily for loan security and financial reporting, delivering complex valuations in a clear, digestible format.

- Metrocentre, Gateshead: Valuation of one of the largest UK shopping centres, asset managed by Sovereign Centros.
