David is a Senior Associate within the Corporate Property Management team where he specialises in the management of commercial property, with a particular focus on retail occupiers - both emerging companies and more established corporate occupiers.
After qualifying as a Commercial Property Surveyor within the Public Sector (Healthcare), David moved into retail property management and has extensive experience in managing large retail estates on behalf of retail occupiers, particularly on day-to-day portfolio strategy. Based in Newmark’s London West End office, David collaborates closely with our Property Management Finance, Rating, Retail Lease Consultancy, and Building Surveying/Lease Exit teams to provide expert and varied advice on a number of management issues.
