David is responsible for our Birmingham Building Consultancy team at Newmark. He has extensive experience within the commercial property market and has acted on behalf of a diverse range of occupiers and owners.
He carries out contract management of refurbishments and large-scale repairs, pre-acquisition surveys, development monitoring for funding organisations and potential occupiers, advise on dilapidation liabilities and claims, and considers building pathology, inspecting and reporting on specific defects within a diverse range of building types and ages.
