Christopher is an Associate in Newmark UK’s Capital Markets team, specializing in portfolio investment. Having started his career in the Living markets (spanning Build-to-Rent, Co-Living and PRS), Christopher now works across sectors to advise clients on the acquisition, disposal and funding of UK Real Estate assets. He has advised a broad range of clients including private equity, institutions, property companies, high net worth individuals and Housing Associations.
Christopher holds an MPhil Degree in Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the University of Cambridge. Alongside his day-to-day work in Capital Markets, he currently serves as a Board Member on the British Property Federation’s Futures Advisory Board. Christopher was previously awarded a ‘RESi Trailblazer Award’ by Property Week and shortlisted for the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Award (Commercial category).
