Christopher is a Surveyor in the Capital Markets team with a specific focus on residential investment across the UK, including the Build to Rent and Private Rented Sectors. He works as part of a team advising clients on the funding, acquisition and disposal of both multifamily and single-family assets.
Alongside his day-to-day work in Capital Markets, he currently serves as Board Member for Influencing on the British Property Federation’s Futures Advisory Board. In 2023, Christopher was awarded a RESi Trailblazer Award issued by Property Week and shortlisted for the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Award (Commercial category).
