Christina is a Senior Associate based in our West End Planning and Development team. She specialises in providing development consultancy, agency and valuation advice on a wide variety of commercial and residential development sites. Her role involves day-to-day management of projects, advising on a range of land transaction types and structures and formulating bespoke strategies to optimise the value of development land.
Christina has more than ten years’ experience in land consultancy, transactions and valuation. Her focus is typically on land transactions and strategic land development including advice on development land disposals as well as development land agreements such as option and promotion agreements.
Christina also has experience in providing Expert Witness advice relating to development land disputes.
Clients include private land owners, charitable trusts, local authorities, corporate companies and investment funds.
