Chris is a Senior Associate working as part of our Lease Consultancy team, specialising in retail and restaurants across London and the South East. He brings extensive property experience and a wealth of retail and restaurant lease consultancy experience to his role.
Chris acts for landlords and tenants at rent review, lease renewal and in re-gear negotiations. He has wide experience in taking cases to arbitration and Independent Expert Determination and is a registered valuer.
