Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Planning and Development team, based in the West End office. She started as a graduate in September 2013. Charlotte provides planning advice for a wide range of mixed use, commercial, cultural and residential development proposals, with a particular focus on Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Charlotte works with major landholders, in respect of asset management and development proposals as well as providing advice to protect existing operations and promote land for development through the Local Development Framework process.

Recent projects
- Landsec – Working with Landsec, multi-disciplinary teams and Westminster City Council officers, Charlotte has successfully gained planning permission for the refurbishment and extension of Portland House, Victoria as well as the development of the Nova East and Nova Place sites.
- Frogmore – Working with Frogmore since 2015, Charlotte has provided advice for the strategic Masterplan to redevelop four sites along Notting Hill Gate. With the last site receiving planning permission for demolition of the existing buildings and development of a new hotel in December 2019.
- Melford Capital – Charlotte advised Melford Capital on the redevelopment of Avon House in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to provide a new 46-bedroom care home.
