Charlotte is a Senior Associate based in our West End Planning and Development team. She specialises in providing development consultancy, agency and valuation advice on a wide variety of commercial and residential development sites. Her role involves day-to-day management of projects, undertaking complex land or portfolio valuations and formulating bespoke strategies to optimise the value of development land.
Charlotte has a dual qualified Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner with more than ten years’ experience in land consultancy, transactions and valuation. Her focus is typically on undertaking portfolio reviews and unlocking challenging sites where both strategic planning and development input is needed.
Her experience includes advising on land assembly, formulating and implementing disposal strategies and negotiating agreements relating to both the sale of land and appointment of development partners.

- Imber Trading Estate, Surrey – Advised a pension fund on selection and appointment of a strategic partner to promote an allocated employment site for residential use. Monitored the planning process and prepared the disposal strategy. Following grant of planning permission for circa 100 homes, negotiated terms for disposal to a major housebuilder for circa £30 million in addition to overage provisions.
- 150 Holborn – Development, financial viability, valuation and strategic planning advice in relation to redevelopment of a 1980s office block to provide the new European Headquarters for international consultancy Dar Group along with ground floor retail space and an adjoining private residential apartment block totalling 185,000 sq ft.
- Land Portfolio Valuation, multiple sites across southern England - Valuation of a regional housebuilder’s land portfolio with sites across the south of England ranging from strategic assets to those under construction included land allocated for both residential and commercial use. Determined market value in addition to the value of specific land interests including in respect of option and promotion agreements.
