Catriona leads Newmark UK’s Retail Lease Consultancy team. Based in London, she joined the firm in December 2009 after almost 20 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate where she was a senior director. Catriona specialises in retail lease consultancy, advising landlords and tenants in relation to rent reviews, lease renewals and regears.
She is on the RICS panels of arbitrators and independent experts appointed to deal with rent review disputes on retail and restaurant properties in London and the South East.
