Ben is a Partner in Newmark UK’s Valuation team, responsible for growing the Retail Valuation business. With extensive experience across UK and European property markets, he brings deep expertise in all retail formats.
A RICS Registered Valuer, Ben previously co-led the Retail Valuation team at JLL and has worked on numerous high-profile portfolios for institutional and lending clients. Known for his personable yet detailed approach, Ben has a particular interest in out-of-town retail and the evolving impact of e-commerce on the sector.
