I’m have over 16 years of commercial property experience and am part of our London-based research team here at Newmark.
We’re trusted advisers to many leading UK developers, investors and occupiers. Through our analysis we provide regular and bespoke research on the occupational and investment side of all commercial property sectors, with a specialisation in big box logistics, smaller multi-let industrial and central London offices. My work features in trade journals and the national press, and I’m a regular speaker at industry conferences and events.
I have two degrees in economics and was formerly Head of UK Research at Cushman & Wakefield, where I led a team of analysts and associate directors. My responsibilities required me to liaise with the UK executive board to provide thought leadership and business planning advice, and I regularly represented the firm at large events and conferences.

Recent Projects
- I produce our monthly In Brief research bulletin, which provides the “house view” essential update, opinion, and outlook for all property sectors as well as a roundup of the latest key themes for the UK economy. As part of this I use my econometrics skills to drive our UK forecast model.
- I also produce our annual flagship output, the Multi-let Insight Series. This award-winning syndicated study of leading multi-let industrial landlords requires significant technical skills to bring together detailed tenancy information on over £18bn of assets. The thematic output and bespoke client benchmarking provide the most comprehensive research on the sector available in the market.
