Recent projects
- Ben produces our monthly In Brief research bulletin, which provides the “house view” essential update, opinion, and outlook for all property sectors as well as a roundup of the latest key themes for the UK economy. As part of this, he uses his econometrics skills to drive our UK forecast model.
- He also produces our annual flagship output, the Multi-let Insight Series. This award-winning syndicated study of leading multi-let industrial landlords requires significant technical skills to bring together detailed tenancy information on over £18bn of assets. The thematic output and bespoke client benchmarking provide the most comprehensive research on the sector available in the market.
