Andrew is a Partner in Newmark’s Building Consultancy team based in the West End office. He specialises in Insurance Valuations / Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCAs) and has advised clients on all property sectors, internationally. He also has experience in financial valuations within the UK adopting a Depreciated Replacement Cost approach.
Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), RICS Registered Valuer, Chartered Building Engineer (MCABE) and a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (Cert CII). He has a wide experience of property matters generally as a Registered Valuer but specialises in the valuation of property for insurance purposes. His experience has taken him internationally valuing all types of commercial and residential real estate, most typically offices, retail, leisure, healthcare, education, as well as marine assets, stadia, aviation, plant, energy and listed/heritage assets. Andrew has also valued road networks, bridges and civil infrastructure for insurance purposes on a reinstatement basis.

- Valuation of property portfolios for insurance purposes – Conducted insurance valuations across a wide range of property portfolios, both commercial and residential for private investors, REIT’s, PFI sector and local authorities alike.
- Weybourne Holdings – Recently instructed to undertake a portfolio assessment of this diverse property portfolio including offices, hotel, retail and listed buildings situated throughout London and the Southeast. U.M.
- U.M. Association Ltd. – Recently instructed to value the Glasgow School of Art and the University of South Wales on behalf of this mutual insurer.
- City of London – Recently instructed to undertake a portfolio assessment for insurance purposes on a portfolio of 85 large central London based properties.
