London, UK (June 16, 2025) — Newmark announces it has secured a prestigious location 413 Oxford Street for the leading luxury Asian tea brand TWG Tea. Associate Director Angus Harper represented the tenant.
TWG Tea was born from Taha Bouqdib’s lifelong journey through global tea cultures—from Morocco and France to China, India, Japan and finally Singapore. Embracing tea as both an art and an experience, TWG Tea is committed to sharing the finest single-estate harvests and exclusive blends. With the world’s largest tea collection—over 1,000 varieties sourced directly from renowned tea estates—TWG continues to innovate while honouring tradition, offering a refined tea experience grounded in quality, sentiment and global appreciation.
“It’s incredibly exciting to be part of TWG Tea’s continued expansion, especially with a location as prominent as Oxford Street,” said Angus. “Representing one of the world’s leading luxury tea brands and securing a location at one of London’s — and the world’s — most iconic retail destinations is a standout moment. We’re looking forward to seeing the success this store brings as the TWG Tea brand continues to grow its presence and connect with new audiences.”
Spanning 3,422 square feet across the ground floor and basement, the new store occupies a prime corner unit directly opposite Selfridges, on one of the most heavily trafficked and sought-after stretches of Oxford Street. The landmark building sits at the junction of Oxford Street and Duke Street, a location long regarded as a benchmark for premium retail. Previously home to Watches of Switzerland, the space is well-positioned for high-end retail, offering both visibility and prestige.
This marks TWG Tea’s second UK location, following its flagship in Leicester Square, and underscores the brand’s ambition to grow its presence in top-tier, globally recognised locations. Oxford Street, one of Europe’s busiest and most influential shopping corridors, provides unmatched access to both international visitors and local consumers seeking refined, heritage-driven retail experiences. It is also a further nod to the renaissance of Oxford Street, as souvenir shops continue to be replaced with globally established, premium brands.
