Troy Wooton joined Newmark in 2019 as a senior managing director in the firm’s Newport Beach office. Wooton brings to his position 17 years of commercial real estate experience in Orange County. Well qualified to handle all phases of real estate, he focuses on industrial tenant and owner representation, investment sales, market analysis, site selection studies, and sales and leasing. He primarily handles sales and leasing for industrial and flex properties within the Airport and South County submarkets. Wooton’s excellent knowledge of the Orange County market and intuitive understanding of his client’s needs enable him to create successful results for his clients.
Newmark’s national platform is allowing Wooton to add corporate and regional businesses and investors to his client base. His existing local clients also benefit from Newmark’s vast broker network and infrastructure, which provides them with a full menu of services.
Wooton joined Newmark following its acquisition of BroadStreet Real Estate Group, a boutique commercial real estate company that he founded in 2010. As managing principal of the firm, which was headquartered in Newport Beach, Wooton exacted more than $250 million in real estate transactions and counted ARC Investments, Colony Realty Partners and Pacific Development Group among his clients. During the last market downturn, Wooton and his team consulted with numerous banks and court-appointed receivers as asset managers to identify and preserve asset value while maximizing recovery opportunities through effective disposition strategies.
Prior to founding BroadStreet, Wooton was a partner at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, also based in Newport Beach.

Wooton is active in his community through a number of charities. He regularly serves at his soup kitchen, volunteers with his local church and is a Search and Rescue reservist for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Wooton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in international business and finance from Pepperdine University.
Wooton and his wife, Shannon, have three children, Hudson, Finley and Ford. He enjoys spending time in the mountains, at the beach or on the water.
