Mr. Shaffer also serves as executive vice president of Newmark’s San Jose office. In this capacity, he oversees business development; mentors San Jose agents, with a focus on career growth; and supervises the market research and information team. Working closely with market research, Mr. Shaffer has a firm grasp of current market trends and intelligently applies the information to expanding the marketing plans and objectives of his clients, which has made him one of the most sought-after landlord representatives in the marketplace.
