Based in Berlin, Stephan serves as Director of Technology Consulting in Europe for Newmark’s Occupier Solutions division. A 20-year veteran in consulting and information technology, he helps clients realise solutions to their real estate challenges through technology solutions. He has been actively involved in projects with Airbus, IBM, McDonald’s, Thyssen Krupp, ISS and DFMG (part of Deutsche Telekom).
Prior to joining Newmark, Stephan provided solution management, software architecture, integration and business intelligence for a startup company within the utilities sector. He was a Senior Consultant for IDS Scheer Consulting in Business Process Engineering and Technology, where he provided services for customers such as Beiersdorf, Dow Corning, Nestlé, SAP and others improve to business processes by leveraging technology solutions.
