Nathan (Nate) Zoucha serves as Executive Vice Chairman at Newmark, based in San Francisco. With over 25 years of experience advising technology and artificial intelligence companies, Zoucha is a recognized leader in real estate strategy for high-growth, venture-backed, and global enterprise occupiers. He has represented clients through multiple stages of expansion, delivering tailored real estate solutions that align with business strategy, brand identity and global market dynamics.
Zoucha has executed more than 12 million square feet of transactions across nearly 100 cities and over 20 countries. His experience includes headquarters, regional hubs and mission-critical distributed offices for some of the most innovative and fast-scaling technology firms in the world. Known for his client-first, high-touch approach, Zoucha’s long-standing relationships span more than a decade, underscoring his deep commitment to partnership and precision in execution.
Prior to joining Newmark, Zoucha worked as an Executive Vice President at CBRE Group, where he was a top producer. He’s also worked previously at Cushman & Wakefield and Custom Spaces Commercial Real Estate.
His San Francisco market expertise, combined with a strong global perspective, enables clients to unlock early access to opportunities, anticipate inflection points and maintain future flexibility in fast-moving environments.
Zoucha works closely with Newmark’s West Coast leadership and its global technology advisory teams, helping to integrate the firm’s capabilities across San Francisco, New York, and other global innovation hubs.
