Kyle Burkhardt joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as an Executive Managing Director in the company’s Long Island, New York, office. A 19-year corporate real estate veteran, Burkhardt has vast expertise in tenant and landlord agency representation in the Industrial sector.
Prior to joining Newmark, Burkhardt worked at Cushman & Wakefield for more than nine years as a Managing Director of their Industrial/Capital Markets group. Previously, Burkhardt was part of a top regional boutique firm as a Managing Principal, where he honed his leadership and managerial skills. Burkhardt started his career at Colliers International, learning from the most prolific Industrial team at that time.
Over his career, Burkhardt has completed over 10 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion, while representing the largest private and institutional firms in the market.
