Jake Paschen is an Associate, Financial Analyst with Newmark’s Midwest Capital Markets Group located in Chicago. Proficient in Argus and Excel, Paschen specializes in the analysis of complex multi-tenant office properties across the Midwest, combining market data, macro-economic trends, local governance knowledge and property idiosyncrasies into compelling investment theses. Paschen operates all aspects of deal processes from the initial underwriting to due diligence coordination while also managing the workflow for the team. After joining the team in December 2021, Paschen has closed over 35 transactions totaling over 11.5 million square feet, with a total asset value over $750 millions.
