Henry Cassiday joined Newmark in 2019, focusing on structuring debt financings and investment sales transactions on behalf of institutional clients, led by Kevin Shannon, Co-Head, U.S. Capital Markets, and David Milestone, Vice Chairman. Prior to joining Newmark, Cassiday spent four years as a member of Eastdil Secured’s Hawaii coverage, debt placement, and loan sale groups, where he participated in closing more than $4 billion of commercial property, portfolio, and land transactions.
Education
Cassiday attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Finance while garnering three All-American awards on USC’s Men’s Volleyball team.
