Waterman focuses on representing leading corporations and property owners in New York and across the country by leveraging Newmark’s national brokerage platform and serving as a trusted real estate advisor to clients across all industries.

Personal and Professional Affiliation
An active member of his community, Waterman is involved in supporting the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, The New Renaissance Basketball Association (The Rens) and WIZO. Waterman is also a member of the University of Denver Burns School of Real Estate Alumni Advisory Board and serves as a peer mentor to students, frequently giving guest lectures within the program. Waterman also serves as a mentor within Newmark’s Junior Broker Program. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York and is a LEED Green Associate, OSHA 10 and Procore Certified.
Education
Waterman graduated cum laude from The University of Denver Daniels College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment, with minors in Entrepreneurship, Finance and English. Waterman played collegiate hockey during his time at the University.
