Chris M. Caison, CCIM, is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Charlotte office. A 15-year industry veteran, Caison is primarily responsible for sourcing debt and equity transactions for commercial and multifamily assets. His range of active capital relationships include Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, a wide variety of insurance companies and a stable of CMBS and private label lending enterprises.
Prior to joining Newmark, Caison was a Vice President in the Charlotte headquarters of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he completed more than $2 billion in debt and equity assignments on a wide array of assets, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality and self storage. Caison was consistently recognized as a “Top Performer” within the organization.
