Charles Saudeau serves as a Director in Newmark’s Hong Kong office, specializing in tenant representation across the Hong Kong market. Saudeau provides multinational corporate occupiers with the highest level of real estate services, including lease acquisitions, renewals, restructure, rent reviews, surrenders and sublets.
Saudeau came to Newmark in 2022 after 10 years at CBRE Hong Kong, with his most recent role as Associate Director. In this position, he advised corporate occupiers within the Advisory and Transaction Services Team and was responsible for generating new business in the leasing acquisition of properties. Saudeau successfully assisted occupiers in their real estate strategy, overseeing the execution of multimillion-dollar leasing projects throughout Hong Kong.
