Bret Jensen is a seasoned marketing leader with a deep specialization in Property Marketing and Business Development Strategy within the commercial real estate and construction sectors. Since joining Newmark in 2014 as Senior Marketing Coordinator, Mr. Jensen advanced to the role of Senior Graphic Designer, leveraging his expertise to drive impactful marketing initiatives and brand strategies for commercial properties.
With a strong background in project coordination, marketing strategy, Mr. Jensen excels at developing compelling multimedia marketing collateral—including property videos, interactive brochures, branding solutions, environmental materials, offering memorandums and industry presentations. Serving as the lead creative, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the marketing narrative and visual identity for key property assets, supporting business development objectives throughout the Midwest region.
As a core member of an integrated marketing team, Mr. Jensen collaborates with professionals across disciplines to execute data-driven marketing strategies that enhance property visibility, accelerate leasing and sales activity, and advance business growth for clients and stakeholders.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Jensen held the roles of Senior Marketing Coordinator at Turner Construction and Graphic Designer at CBRE in Phoenix, Arizona, where he contributed his skills to high-profile property marketing campaigns and regional business development efforts in the Southwest market.
