Ben Klimesh is a tenant representation specialist in Newmark’s Denver office, where he teams with Executive Managing Director’s Sam DePizzol and Jim McGrath, provide trusted real estate advisory to many of the most acclaimed professional service firms and industry-leading corporations in Denver. Specializing in office properties, Mr. Klimesh assists with all aspects of client service delivery, focusing on providing seamless client relations and communication.
Mr. Klimesh joined Newmark in 2018. Previously, he was a professional baseball player with the Cincinnati Reds organization. Following that, he worked for Apto, a rapidly growing commercial real estate technology company, where he consulted commercial real estate professionals on best practices for both leasing and sales transactions. Additional experience includes an internship at Performance Trust Capital Partners in Chicago, Illinois.

Education
Mr. Klimesh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in management from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. While attending the university, Mr. Klimesh was the captain of its nationally ranked baseball team. He was also named Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) pitcher of the year in 2011 and 2012 and earned First Team D3 All-American honors in 2012.
