Ben Klimesh, Managing Director at Newmark, is responsible for land brokerage and joint venture equity placement efforts from the firm’s Denver office. He partners with some of the nation’s leading multifamily and commercial developers and advises landowners on valuation, zoning, and entitlement strategy. Klimesh also brings experience in retail investment sales and tenant representation, providing clients with a well-rounded perspective across asset classes.
Klimesh joined Newmark in 2018. Previously, he was a professional baseball player with the Cincinnati Reds organization.

Klimesh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in management from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. While attending the university, he was the captain of its nationally ranked baseball team.
