Audrey Selber is an associate director at Newmark’s Houston office and a member of the Global Corporate Services tenant representation team. Ms. Selber provides hands-on client representation services. With detailed knowledge of market trends and thorough planning, she executes all phases of the real estate process, including needs assessments for client requirements, market research, lease negotiations, site acquisition and disposition, financial analysis and construction process management.
Ms. Selber joined Newmark in 2018, upon the firm’s acquisition of acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey, which she joined in 2013, bringing with her an extensive background in the local and national markets. She began her real estate career in 2008 at Cassidy Turley, where she served clients that included J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Cousins Properties, American National Insurance Company and KBS.
