Aric possesses detailed knowledge of New York City’s commercial corridors and insights into retail trends; utilizing and updating Newmark’s propriety data and retail maps. He’s responsible for a portfolio of assets on behalf of institutional and publicly traded landlords as well multiple family estates and private owners who are rooted in NYC real estate investments. Experienced in new construction development planning, Aric has consulted and facilitated deals with developers involving HPD, HDC and NYC Housing Partnership funds; as well as navigating complex deals involving SoHo Landmark and Historic district laws and regulations. Aric joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF Holdings LLC. Prior to joining RKF, Aric worked at Eastern Consolidated Properties LLC, where he began his real estate career joining the Investment Sales training program; working alongside principals of the company focused on Investment Sales and long-term ground leases.

Aric graduated with Phi Theta Kappa honors in liberal arts from Kingsborough Community College. He has a BA in Speech Communication Studies from Brooklyn College.
