Fast-casual food concept 375 Chicken N Fries is scaling its brick-and-mortar footprint across New York City with five new leases totaling 10,478 square feet, Newmark announced. Newmark Associate Director Aric Trakhtenberg arranged the leases, which span Brooklyn, Harlem and Queens, marking a major milestone in the brand’s regional expansion.
“375 Chicken N Fries is a standout concept with deep roots in New York’s food culture, and it’s been exciting to help translate that into strategic real estate growth,” said Trakhtenberg. “These new locations reflect the strength of the brand, the loyalty of its customer base and our shared commitment to growing a vibrant, scalable footprint in key markets.”
Founded in Manhattan’s Lower East Side, 375 Chicken N Fries has garnered a devoted following for its French-style crispy chicken and hand-cut fries, offered in a street-food environment. The concept is now entering its next phase of growth, targeting high-traffic, community-centric neighborhoods. The five new locations include:
- 942 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn
- 80 Graham Avenue, Brooklyn
- 1290 Fulton Street, Brooklyn
- 12 East 125th Street, Harlem
- 147-40 Archer Avenue, Queens
375 Chicken N Fries will occupy spaces ranging from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet, allowing for a consistent brand experience across storefronts while optimizing operational efficiency. Each location was selected for its proximity to transit, residential density and strong foot traffic, aligning with the brand’s urban, fast-casual identity.
