Alexander Dilkovski is an Analyst with Newmark’s Midwest Capital Markets Group. He joined the team in 2025 following his graduation from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. As an Analyst, Mr. Dilkovski is responsible for underwriting assets using ARGUS and Excel, preparing presentation materials, and assisting in the creation of investor-facing offering materials and due diligence documentation.
During his time at Indiana University, Mr. Dilkovski was an active member of the Real Estate Club and Real Estate Workshop, and was selected as one of sixteen students to participate in the IU Real Estate Private Equity Fund.
