Adam Green joined Newmark in 2018 in the firm’s EMEA consulting practice, part of Global Corporate Services (GCS). Green has 12 years of experience working in Integrated Workplace Services, spanning workplace experience, workplace technology and innovation, as well as outsourced service delivery in integrated workplace and facilities management.
Prior to moving to Newmark, Green worked at ISS A/S, a facility services company based in Copenhagen, where he progressed from their UK graduate scheme to the financial services and retail sector business, and finally to the company’s global corporate clients business, working out of Denmark.
Green’s proven competencies include real estate consulting, facilities management processes, IWMS/CAFM implementations, supply chain optimization and management methodologies, technology-enabled workplace strategy and change management. His track recrod extends to customer/tenant experience solutions, business process mapping and reengineering, end-user experience/journey planning, and the management of programs, procurement, vendors, and large complex teams.
